Nissan has announced a new entry-level model for their e-POWER range, with prices for the 2025 Nissan Qashqai Ti e-POWER starting from $47,165 before on-road costs. 

The Qashqai Ti e-POWER features a series hybrid system, in which a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol three-cylinder engine serves as a generator for either or both the 1.8kWh battery or electric motor – depending on the vehicle’s current power needs – rather than driving the wheels. 

The system has an output of 140kW and 330Nm driving the front wheels, with the Qashqai Ti e-POWER capable of a combined fuel economy of 4.8 litres/100km.

The previous entry-point of the Qashqai e-POWER range was the Ti-L trim level, priced at $52,365 before on-road costs, with prices for the any e-POWER vehicle previously starting from $49,490 before on-road costs with the X-Trail ST-L e-POWER.

“e-POWER technology is now more accessible than ever before, and we can’t wait for Australian drivers to experience it for themselves.” Said a Nissan Australia spokesperson.  

Like the equivalent internal combustion-powered Ti trim, the e-POWER variant’s list of features include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and customisable interior ambient lighting.

The driver gets an eight-way electrically adjustable seat, while the passenger gets a six-way manually adjustable seat with manual lumbar support.

The Ti is aesthetically separated from the lower ST-L variant by 19-inch alloy wheels, a clear-coated satin chrome foil stamp grille, privacy glass, roof rails and an optional two-tone black roof paint scheme. 

Safety features aboard the Qashqai Ti e-POWER include intelligent emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection and junction assist, rear cross traffic alert, traffic sign recognition, lane keep assist and blind spot warning.
