Nissan is marking 23 years of the X-TRAIL in Australia with reduced Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) across its entire line-up.

The updated pricing takes effect from July 1, 2025 — with savings ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on the model.

Specifications across all variants remain unchanged — and the new prices exclude on-road costs.

The reduced MSRPs apply to both petrol and e-POWER hybrid versions of the mid-size SUV.

The 23rd anniversary holds symbolic meaning for Nissan — with “Ni” meaning two and “San” meaning three in Japanese — together forming the brand's name.

Since its launch in October 2001, the X-TRAIL has sold more than 320,000 units in Australia.

The original T30 model was known for its practical design and off-road ability.

Successive generations — T31, T32, and the current T33 — brought updates in drivetrain technology, interior quality, and design.

The latest T33 generation, introduced in 2022, added Nissan’s e-POWER hybrid system and improved infotainment and driver assistance features. Buyers can also choose between five- or seven-seat configurations for added flexibility.

All current X-TRAIL models come with a 10-year/300,000km warranty when serviced with Nissan.

The warranty forms part of the Nissan MORE program — which also includes five-year flat-price servicing and up to 10 years of roadside assistance.

The base ST 2WD is now priced at $36,990 (a $1,035 reduction) — while the range-topping Ti-L e-POWER is priced at $57,065 (down $2,200). Several AWD and e-POWER models receive the maximum $3,000 discount.

Safety features standard from the ST grade include Forward Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, and Blind Spot Intervention.

Upper trims add convenience technologies such as wireless Apple CarPlay, satellite navigation, heated seats, panoramic sunroof, and a Bose audio system.

The N-TREK variant includes distinct styling with black exterior accents, water-resistant seats, and unique alloy wheels.

The Ti-L adds quilted Nappa leather, memory functions, and additional cabin luxuries.
